Please only submit manuscripts through the Submissions email.

For short fiction, please note that anthologies have their own submission periods and guidelines. Unsolicited short stories should only be submitted when an anthology is officially open for submissions.

Official communication from Dark Hours Books will only come from an email address ending in:

Be cautious of messages using similar-looking addresses, altered spellings, free email services, or unofficial domain names while claiming to represent Dark Hours Books.

Dark Hours Books will never ask you to provide passwords or other account login credentials by email. If you receive an unexpected request involving money, banking information, personal financial information, or urgent action, verify the communication with us before responding.

If you are uncertain whether a message claiming to be from Dark Hours Books is legitimate, do not click links, open attachments, send payment, or provide sensitive information. Contact us independently through the information published on this website so we can verify the communication.
